We are very excited to have you at our dance party, helping us shape a new generation of dancers! The dance party is open to dance students of all ages. If you are under 18, we will need your parent’s consent so please include your parent’s email address and parent's name when you fill out the below form. Each dance student (or a parent, in the case of a minor) will need to sign an appearance release in order to attend a dance party.
